SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Timing Device.

Every 4 minutes for 20 minutes, complete the following

Run 400 meters (as fast as possible)

Rest in the time remaining before the next 4-minute interval

Record your splits.
