TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 5 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank hold.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell or Dumbbell

Buy-In: 90 seconds Plank

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes

50 Yard Sprint

10 Pushups

50 Yard Sprint

10 Goblet Squats

Cash-out: 90 seconds Plank
