HEADS-UP! Each week during the month of September, a new 2-Minute Challenge will be posted along with Monday’s workout. You will have until the following Sunday at 5:00 PM (EST) to complete the challenge. When you complete the challenge, post your results to comments below the daily workout. To keep everyone honest, have someone else count your reps!

TWO MINUTE CHALLENGE #1: How many Situpscan you do in 2 minutes? Your feet may be anchored by a pair of dumbbells or by a human. Each situp must start with the back and shoulders flush with the ground. At the midpoint of the situp, hands must touch the feet. Finish the rep by returning the shoulders and back to the starting position.

MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching      followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 one-footed lateral hops (each foot).

Complete 5 rounds of the following, resting one minute between each round

Sprint 200 Yards

10 Goblet Squats w/Kettlebell

20 Kettlebell Swings

10 Burpees

Post your time for each round.
