Warmup: Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform dynamic stretches followed by 3 rounds of 10 Pushups and 10 Jumping Squats

Workout: Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes

16 Burpees

24 Lunge Steps (12/leg)
