TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: None.

Complete 4 Rounds

Set the clock for 3 minute and complete the following

1 minute 25-yard Shuttle Run (25 yards out and back)

Then in the remaining 2 minutes, complete the following sequence as many times as possible

4 Squat Thrusts

12 Jumping Jacks

25-Yard Bear Crawl

Record your rounds.
