09/01/2016: Kettlebell Swings, Jumping Jacks, and Split Squats!

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.


#1: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes

21 Kettlebell Swings

12 Pushups

21 Jumping Jacks

12 Split Squats (6/leg)

Run BACKWARD 100 yards

Run FORWARD 200 yards

#2: Complete as many rounds as possible in 4 minutes

10 Situps

10 Spiderman Plank (5/side)

Record your weight used for the swings.
