Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell

Complete 4 Rounds

30 seconds Swings (strong arm)

30 seconds Press (strong arm)

30 seconds Squat (strong arm)

30 seconds Rest

***Repeat on stronger arm***

100-Yard Sprint between Rounds
