08/31/2016: Kettlebell Swings, Broad Jumps, Goblet Squats and Burpees!

Workout #241 of 366 (2016)


Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.


Complete 4 Rounds of the following (16 minute CAP)

10 Broad Jumps

30 Kettlebell Swings

10 Goblet Squats

20 Kettlebell Swings

10 Burpees

10 Kettlebell Swings

10 steps Lateral Band Walk (each direction)

***If you finish before the time cap, accumulate as much time as possible in Hollow Body Hold.

Record your time and how much time you spent in Hollow Body Hold.
