Pick up something heavy and take it (or him) for a stroll!

SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Something Heavy.

Pick up something heavy and carry it for 25 minutes. Accumulate as much distance as you can! Your something heavy can be Kettlebell(s), Dumbbell(s), a Loaded Barbell, a Rock, Log, Human, etc.! Be creative and have fun!

Record the object used and it’s mass.
