FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 1 minute Plank.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes

6 Turkish Getups  (with KB or DB)

30 Lateral Jumps

12 Pushups

 Sprint 100 Yards (50 yards out and back)
