TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell.

Complete the following

4 Rounds:

45 seconds Plank with Shoulder Taps, 15 seconds REST

45 seconds Kettlebell Clean and Press (alt. arms every rep), 15 seconds REST

45 seconds Reverse Lunge Steps, 15 seconds REST

45 seconds Hand-to-Hand Kettlebell Swings, 15 seconds REST

30 seconds RUN, 30 seconds REST

Record the weight of your kettlebell.
