THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

Buy-In:  90 seconds of MAX rep Burpees

***Rest 1 minute***

then…

“Alotta Tabata”

Using the Tabata Protocol, (8 rounds (intervals) of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each exercise) storm through each exercise below (in order) and accumulate as many reps as possible.

Kettlebell Swings                                      

Jumping Squats

Situps

then…

***Rest 1 minute***

Cash-Out:  90 seconds of MAX rep Burpees (try to match the # of reps from the Buy-In)
