08/29/2016: Bodyweight Workout!

Check out these fine folks rocking their Smugs Fitness gear at the Mayor's Run on the Runway 5K this past Saturday! They even got to meet Olympian Kristi Castlin after race! You guys look great! It was very nice of you to slow down and let Kristi pass you in the race. (Just kidding if you're reading this, Kristi!)

MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Wall, Box, or Bench

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes

16 Pushup-to-Plank

24 Speed Skaters

24 Mountain Hoppers (12/leg)

16 Box Step-Ups

Run 0.25 miles

Record your total rounds.
