MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup: Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform dynamic stretches followed by 3 rounds of 5 Pushups, 10 Situps, and 15 Squats.

Workout:   “Manmaker  Monday”

Complete as many rounds of the following as possible in 20 minutes:

5 Manmakers

50 meter sprint (out 25 meters and back 25 meters)

4 Manmakers

40 meter sprint

3 Manmakers

30 meter sprint

2 Manmakers

20 meter sprint

1 Manmaker

10 meter sprint
