SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell

3 Rounds:

3 Turkish Getups (strong) / 3 Turkish Getups (stronger)

20 Swings (strong) / 20 Swings (stronger)

Rest 3 minutes

Record your time and the weight of your Kettlebell.
