SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup: Run or Jump rope for 3 minutes. Perform dynamic stretches followed by 25 jumping jacks and 25 Lungesteps/leg.

Workout:

Run 1 mile then:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes
5 pushups
10 Squats15 Situps

Post mile time and rounds completed to comments.
