Here is a great video with some exercises you can do at home with nothing more than a band. If you have a band at home, start implementing Band Pull Aparts a few times each week.

WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps (each foot).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None.

Set the clock for 15 minutes and complete as many rounds of the following as possible

10 Squat Thrusts

10 Split Jumps  (each leg is 1 rep)

10 Jumping Jacks

Sprint 100 Yards

Record your rounds.
