MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None.

Complete 8 Rounds of the following (15 min cap)

25 Mountain Climbers   (each leg is 1/2 rep)

15 Squats

5 Pushups

Record your time or how many rounds you completed before the 15-minute cap.
