08/24/2016: Choose your own adventure workout!

Workout #234 of 366 (2016)

WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps(each foot).

Choose one (1) of the two workouts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None or Kettlebell.

Workout #1: Bodyweight Bliss!

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes

10 Walking Lunge Steps (per leg) 

10 Pushups or Pike Pushups

20 Total Body Extensions

Run 200 Yards / Walk 50 yards

Workout #2: Kettlebell Knockout!

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes

10 One Arm Kettlebell Rack Position Lungestep (5 strong / 5 stronger)

10 One Arm Kettlebell Press (5 strong / 5 stronger)

20 Kettlebell Swings (10 strong / 10 stronger)

Run 200 yards / Walk 50 yards

Record your results from the workout you chose. Make sure if you chose Workout #2, you record the weight of your kettlebell.
