Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None or Resistance Band.

Complete 15 minutes of work

15 Mountain Climbers   (each leg is 1/2 rep)

15 Leg Lifts or V-ups

15 Star Jumps

15 Supine Band Pull Aparts or Prone Scapular Retraction

100 yard Sprint or 20 Yard Bear Crawl
