08/23/2016: Kettlebell Swings, Trunk Work, Box Jumps!

The Woodward Academy PM Boot Camp Crew looking great after their workout! Clearly, Leigh S. had a blast and thoroughly enjoyed the Star Jumps!

TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings and 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Box, Wall or Bench/Kettlebell

Complete 3 Rounds of the following

1 minute Tall Plank to Downward Dog

1 minute Box Jumps or Box Step-Ups

1 minute Russian Kettlebell Swings / Kettlebell Deadlift / Glute Bridges

1 minute X-Situps

1 minute Run covering as much distance as possible.

1 minute REST

Record your weight used and any modifications you made.
