Warmup: Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform dynamic stretches followed by 30 Jumping Jacks and 10 Burpees.

Workout:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

10 Kettlebell Swings

100 meter Sprint

20 Situps

100 meter Sprint

10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
