TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats,  and 30 Jumping Jacks.

No EQUIPMENT needed. Set up the 5 stations with 100 yards between each. You can design whatever pattern you like, just make sure you are running (traveling) 100 yards between each station. You will spend 1 minute at each station will have 30 seconds to travel to the next station before you must begin the next exercise.

Station #1 – Squats

Station #2 – Situps

Station #3 – Box Jumps  / Step-ups

Station #4 – Pushups

Station #5 – Lunge Steps
