Run 200 meters, Rest 60 seconds
Run 400 meters, Rest 90 seconds
Run 600 meters, Rest 2 minutes
Run 600 meters, Rest 2 minutes
Run 400 meters, Rest 90 seconds
Run 200 meters, Done!
