08/18/2014 – Fall Boot Camp begins for War Eagles and Wildcats!

Looking for a fun race that supports a great cause? Check out the "Reflect Hope" Twilight 5K in Decatur next Saturday evening. The race has a 7:30 start time. REGISTER HERE.

MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings and 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: None.

#1: Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes, complete the following

50-Yard Sprint Forward

50-Yard Sprint Backward

***Rest until the 12th minute, then…***

#2: Complete the following as quickly as possible

3 Rounds:

10 Lunge Steps  (per leg)

10 Pushups

10 Squats

10 Situps

Record your time for #2 and high five anyone you worked out with today!
