SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching       followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Squat Thrusts (burpee w/o the pushup)

Complete 5 Rounds of the following as quickly as possible,

30 Squats

15 Pushups

30 Mountain Climbers(each leg is 1 rep)

Run 0.25 miles
