08/17/2016: Shoulder Press, Plank, Hot Potato Squats!

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 5 minutes of Squat Therapy.


Complete 4 Rounds of the following:

40 seconds Dumbbell Shoulder Press, 20 seconds REST

40 seconds Hot Potato Squats, 20 seconds REST

40 seconds Pushup-to-Plank, 20 seconds REST

40 seconds Dumbbell Windmills, 20 seconds REST (Rounds 1&3 – left arm, Rounds 2&4 – right arm)

40 seconds Jump Rope Skips, 20 seconds REST

Record your weight used.
