SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell or Dumbbell

Complete the following

250-yard Farmer’s Walk (Right Hand)

50 Pushups

250-yard Farmer’s Walk (Left Hand)

Record your time and weight used.
