Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps (each foot).

Today is running day. Pick an amount of time to run based on your current level of endurance and cover as much ground as you can in the time you select.
