FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 1 minute Plank.

“Friday = Kettlebell Fun!”

Complete 3 rounds of the following

50 seconds of Kettlebell Cleans(right arm), rest 10 seconds

50 seconds of Kettlebell Cleans(left arm), rest 10 seconds

50 seconds of Russian Kettlebell Swings,  rest 10 seconds

50 seconds of Lunge steps with Kettlebell Pass Through, rest 10 seconds

50 seconds of Kettlebell Skull Crusher, rest 10 seconds

50 seconds of Leg Lifts (place KB behind head so hands can hold it for support), rest 10 seconds

REST 1 full minute between rounds
