Reminder: Meet at Barrett Park at 9:00 AM for today's Running Endurance Training! 

SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups,10 Squats, and MAX time Plank hold.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Timing Device

Complete 12 Rounds:

Sprint 15 seconds, Rest 45 seconds.

Record your distance covered per interval.
