Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching       followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats,  and 25 Jumping Jacks.

#1: Set the clock for 6 minutes. Complete as many reps as possible of the following movements. You may do them in any order, switch between them as often as possible and break them up any way you’d like. Your score is the combined number of reps you performed.


Kettlebell Swings                                      

Once time has elapsed, REST 1 minute, and then…

#2: Set the clock for 10 minutes. Complete as many rounds as possible of the following movements.

60 Jump Rope Skips

10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls

5 Burpees
