TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup: Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform dynamic stretches followed by10 squats, 10 pushups, 10 situps, and 10 lunge steps (5/leg)

Workout:

Complete as many rounds of the following as possible in 20 minutes:

400 meter run (one lap around track)

15 Overhead Squats with PVC Pipe

25 Situps
