MONDAY WORKOUT
Warmup: Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings and 15 Jumping Jacks.
EQUIPMENT NEEDED: None.
#1: Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes, complete the following
ODD Minutes:
Slow Crawl 10 – 20 meters
EVEN Minutes:
Run 100 meters / Walk 50 meters
***Rest until the 12th minute, then…***
#2:Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes
10 Reverse Lunge Steps (per leg)
10 Pushups
10 Squats
10 Situps
Record your rounds for #2 and high five anyone you worked out with today!
