Reminder: Running Endurance Training will be held tomorrow at Barrett Park. The class is free and open to people of all levels!

FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Jump Rope, Dumbbells

Complete 4 Rounds of the following

1 minute 25-yard Shuttle Run

Then…Complete as many rounds as possible in 2 minutes

4 Burpees      

12 Jumping Jacks

Rest 1 minute between each of the 4 rounds.

Record your total rounds.

FRIDAY FlAB AWAY!

3 Rounds:

15 Side Plank with Leg Lift(Right)

15 Side Plank with Leg Lift(Left)

15 Plank Jacks
