Look who dropped by for the Kettlebell Conditioning class at BTB Fitness on Tuesday…It's Robbie R. and Kristi F. (Nice shirt, Kristi!) Both ladies rocked the workout! Big thanks to Charles Clarke for his expert coaching (light blue shirt)! If you're interested in checking it out, the class runs every Tuesday and Thursday at 10:00 AM at the BTB Fitness – Ponce location. Smugs coaches the Thursday classes.

THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  1 Dumbbell

Complete as many rounds as possible in 18 minutes

Run 0.25 miles

30 Overhead Lungesteps (each leg is 1 rep, use 1 DB)

25 Situps

Record your rounds.
