WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 100’ total distance partnered wheel barrow race (No partner? Perform 25' bear crawl and 25’ crab walk).

“Body Weight Wednesday!” – No equipment needed!

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes

150 yard sprint (out and back 75 yards)

15 Squats

30 Mountain Hoppers(each leg is 1 rep)

15 Situps
