MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings  (use 1 DB) and 15 Jumping Jacks.

#1: Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes

9 Dumbbell Suitcase Deadlifts

20 Yard Bear Crawl  (10 Yards out and Back)

9 Dumbbell Push Press

***Rest 1 minute***

#2: Complete as many rounds as possible in 6 minutes

6 Hot Potato Squats

12 Lateral Jumps  (over Dumbbell)

***Rest 1 minute***

#3: The clock will be set for 5 minutes

Run 0.2 miles, then

Complete as many Manmakers   as possible in the remaining time
