Workout #224 of 366 (2016)


Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell and Jump Rope

15 minutes of work:

20 Russian Kettlebell Swings

10 Kettlebell Skull Crusher         

20 Walking Lunge Steps (10/leg)

10 Squats

60 Jump Rope Skips

Record your weight used.


2 Rounds:

30 seconds Hollow Body Hold or Plank

1 minute Windshield Wipers (Floor)

30 seconds REST
