TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps (each foot).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell

#1: Complete 3, 4, or 5 rounds of the following

20 One Arm Kettlebell Swings (right)

10 One-Arm Kettlebell Front Squats (right)

10 One Arm Kettlebell Press (right)

10 One Arm Kettlebell Rack Position Lungestep (right)

20 One Arm Kettlebell Swings (left)

10 One-Arm Kettlebell Front Squats (left)

10 One Arm Kettlebell Press (left)

10 One Arm Kettlebell Rack Position Lungestep (left)

20 Russian Twists(each side is ½ rep)
