TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps (each foot).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell

Complete 5 rounds of the following

20 One Arm Kettlebell Swings (10/arm)

4 Turkish Getups (2/arm) – Make the TGUs slow and deliberate.

Record your time, weight used and any modifications.
