SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching      followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings  and 15 Jumping Jacks.

Complete the following as quickly as possible

80 Squats

Run 0.5 miles

40 Pushups

Run 0.5 miles

80 Kettlebell Swings                            

Run 0.5 miles

40 Box Jumps  (at least 16” high, but 24” is better!)

Run 0.5 miles
