Warmup: Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform dynamic stretches followed 2 Rounds of 10 lungesteps, 10 Pushups, and 10 meters frog jumps

150 Jump Rope Skips

30 Jumping Lunges (aka “Superstars”)

30 Vertical Jumps (much jump and reach at least 12” above where your fully extended overhead arms and hands touch while standing flat on your feet)
