SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Timing device.

“Hills!”

Find a long hill and complete 10 rounds

Sprint Uphill 30 seconds

Rest/Recover 90 seconds walking/jogging back to your starting position.
