FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings  and 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Dumbbells

10 Rounds:

Sprint 20 seconds, Rest 40 seconds

***Rest 2 minutes***

Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes

5 Pushups

10 Dumbbell Push Press

15 Speed Skaters

FRIDAY FlAB AWAY:

4 minute Tabata alternating between 

Situps

Leg Lifts
