THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching      followed by 10 Pushups, 60 second Bottom of Squat Hold, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

Buy-In:  200 Jump Rope skips

Complete 5 Rounds of the following, rest 1 minute between rounds. Focus on full range of motion on each rep.

5 Jumping Lunge Steps(per leg)

10 Lunge Steps (per leg)

10 Jumping Squats                                

20 Squats

Cash-out:  200 Jump Rope Skips
