MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings and 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:None.

#1:  Every minute on the minute for 6 minutes, complete the following

20-yard Crawl (any style – click link for a video of variations)

Rest during the time remaining each minute.

#2: Complete 2 Rounds of the following

40 seconds Band Pull Aparts, 20 seconds REST

40 seconds Broad Jumps, 20 seconds REST

40 seconds Mountain Climbers, 20 seconds REST

40 seconds Reverse Lunge Steps, 20 seconds REST

40 seconds Suitcase Crunches, 20 seconds REST
