TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching      followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

Complete 50 – 40 – 30 – 20 – 10 reps of the following exercises (in order) as quickly as possible.

Kettlebell Swings

Jump Rope Skips

Situps

To clarify, round one begins with 50 reps of Kettlebell Swings, followed by 50 Jump Rope Skips, and then 50 Situps. Round two begins with 40 Kettlebell Swings…continue until you finish! Try to blaze through this one and get it done FAST!
