08/06/2014 – Welcome back to school!


Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Dumbbells, Jump Rope

Complete as many rounds as possible (not to exceed 5 rounds) of the following as possible in 18 minutes

10 Squat Thrust Deadlifts

10 Dumbbell Bent Over Row

10 Dumbbell Hang High Pulls

10 Dumbbell Front Squat

10 Dumbbell Shoulder Press

10 Weighted Cossack Squat (Use 1 Dumbbell, 5/leg)

100 Jump Rope Skips

Record your rounds and the weight used for this workout.
