MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching      followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes, BUT…there is a catch! At minutes, 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, and 18, you will stop working and perform 5 Burpees.

20 Weighted Lunge Steps (10/leg, hold 1 dumbbell in “goblet” position)

10 Dumbbell Push Press

20 Goblet Squats  (use 1 dumbbell)

10 Dumbbell Plank Rows (5/arm)
